Before Your Order is Shipped

2. Processing Time:
- We strive to process cancellation requests quickly. If your order has already been processed or is in the packing stage, we may not be able to cancel it. In such cases, our customer support will inform you of the next steps.

3. Refunds:
- If your cancellation is confirmed before the order is shipped, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Important Notes

- Cancellations are only applicable before the order has left our warehouse. Once shipped, orders must be returned following our return policy.
