WHAT IS THE GENERAL RETURN POLICY ON AILFREAK?
3 DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at Ailfreak – you can return items which
qualify as returnable/refundable under this Policy within 3 days of receipt of goods. Please,
ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.
If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we’ll gladly take it back within 3 days from the
date of delivery. However, please note that in case you are unavailable on the day the delivery
executive tries to deliver the product and subsequently the product is delivered to you at a
different day or time then the date of delivery shall be the day and time at which the delivery
executive first attempted to deliver the product. We will issue you in a full refund in Ailfreak
Store Credits or a different item in exchange as per your request. Please note that all refunds
shall be made ONLY in Ailfreak Store Credits, and there shall be no monetary refund of any sort
whatsoever.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM, WRONG PRODUCT OR
MISSING UNITS IN MY ORDER?
If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing
as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received
to our customer care at support@Ailfreak.in within 3 days of receipt of the product. We will
arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue either Ailfreak Store Credits or a
different item in exchange, as per your request. Please note that replacements are subject to
availability of the particular product. Further, please note that, the exercise of this option shall
remain at the sole discretion of Ailfreak and in accordance with our Terms of Service.
IS THERE A CATEGORY SPECIFIC POLICY FOR RETURNS?
Nutrition: Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or
used boxes will not be accepted as returns. For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache,
flavor like/dislike, products would not be applicable for return. Please consult with the doctor
before buying the product.
FITNESS EQUIPMENT/ACCESSORIES:
1. Any Fitness Equipment/Accessory will be valid for replacement within 3 days of delivery.
2. Any Fitness Equipment will be replaced in case of manufacturing defect only.
3. Any Fitness Accessory will be replaced in case of manufacturing defect, size or colour change.
Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product. Ailfreak shall
not be obligated to specially arrange any replacements. In case product availability is an issue,
the same shall be notified to you and a refund shall be initiated. Ailfreak is in no manner
whatsoever liable to prove such unavailability.
FOLLOWING SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT:
1. Damages due to misuse of product.
2. Damages due to incorrect use of the product.
3. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
4. Any consumable item, which has been used or installed.
5. Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers.
6. Combos sold won’t be taken back/returned as individual units.
Any damage / defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box,
manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s)
delivered. Please note that in case any item is picked up by us and it turns out that the original
packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other
items originally included with the product(s) delivered are not in order, the same shall be
returned back to you at your own cost. If the remaining accessories, including the box,
manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s)
delivered can be reinstated by you, the same shall be couriered to us by SpeedPost at your own
cost if you wish to avail of the return/refund.
Some special rules for promotional offers may override “Ailfreak.com’s 3 Day Returns Policy” It
is the sole discretion of Ailfreak to define, modify, discontinue or notify such special rules.

I AM UNHAPPY WITH THE RETURN PROCESS, WHAT CAN I DO?
In case of any disputes with relation to the Return Policy and/or the Return process, you may
write to us at support@Ailfreak.in. In accordance with our Terms of Service which you are bound
by, you shall unconditionally cooperate with us for an amicable resolution of such dispute
within a period of 30 days.
I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM; HOW DO I ARRANGE FOR A PICK-UP?
You can write to us at support@Ailfreak.in to initiate a return.
Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, we cannot arrange the pickup, you can return the item through SpeedPost courier service and share tracking details and we
will return the courier costs.
WHAT ARE THE MODES OF REFUND AVAILABLE AFTER CANCELLATION?
Once your order is cancelled you will be refunded in Ailfreak Store Credits of your order value
using which you can buy any Ailfreak item for a period of 365 days from the day of refund.
